Physical Prints

1. Your Right to Return

We offer a 14-day return window from delivery, in line with your statutory rights under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013. If you have any concerns about your order outside of this window, please get in touch and we will always try to find a reasonable solution.

To initiate a return, contact us at scott@scottlatimer.studio with your order number and reason for return within 14 days of delivery.


2. Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return, items must meet all of the following conditions:

  • Unopened and unused
  • In their original packaging
  • In the same condition as when received
  • Accompanied by proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation)

Please note: As each print is a signed, numbered limited edition, we are unable to accept returns of items that have been opened or removed from their original packaging, unless the item is damaged, defective, or incorrect. We therefore encourage buyers to review all product details carefully before purchasing. If you have any questions about a specific piece before buying, please get in touch via the Enquiries page.


3. No Exchanges

We do not offer exchanges. As each print is a signed, numbered limited edition, we are unable to resell returned items that have been opened or removed from their original packaging. If you have any questions about a specific piece before purchasing, please contact us via the Enquiries page.


4. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please notify us within 7 days of delivery at scott@scottlatimer.studio with:

  • Your order number
  • A clear description of the issue
  • Photographs of the damage or incorrect item

We will arrange a replacement or full refund as appropriate, subject to stock availability. Return shipping costs for damaged, defective, or incorrect items will be covered by Scott Latimer Studio.


5. Return Shipping

Unless an item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, customers are responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a tracked service, as we cannot be held responsible for items lost in transit on their way back to us.


6. Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the outcome within 5 business days. Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5-10 business days of approval.

For damaged, defective, or incorrect items, original shipping fees will also be refunded where applicable.

Please note that return shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to damage, defect, or an error on our part.


Digital Downloads

1. Refunds & Cancellations

Due to the nature of digital products, all digital download sales are final and non-refundable once the file has been accessed or downloaded. This is in line with UK Consumer Rights Act 2015 regulations for digital content, under which the right to cancel does not apply once download has begun with your consent.

Before completing your purchase, please ensure you have read the full product description, including file format and intended use.


2. Technical Issues

If you experience any technical issues accessing your files, please contact us at scott@scottlatimer.studio and we will resolve the problem promptly.

If a file is found to be corrupted or incomplete, a replacement file will be provided at no additional cost.
