Shipping policy

Physical Prints
1. Order Processing Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days (Monday through Friday, excluding UK public holidays) after payment confirmation. Once your order is processed, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.
2. Shipping We ship exclusively within the UK using Royal Mail Special Delivery Guaranteed by 1pm, with an estimated delivery time of 1-2 business days after dispatch. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and the weight of your order.
3. Delivery Areas We currently ship to the UK only. Delivery is not available to PO Boxes unless otherwise specified.
4. Shipping Fees Shipping fees are displayed at checkout and depend on the weight of your order and delivery location.
5. Delivery Timeframes Delivery times begin once your order has shipped and are typically next day by 1pm using Royal Mail Special Delivery Guaranteed. Delivery may vary due to factors such as weather, public holidays, or carrier delays.
During peak holiday seasons such as Christmas and New Year, processing and delivery may take additional time due to high demand and carrier schedules. We recommend ordering early to ensure timely arrival.
6. Tracking Your Order A tracking number will be provided via email once your order ships. You can track your package directly through the Royal Mail website at royalmail.com using the provided tracking number.
7. Lost or Delayed Shipments If your order hasn't arrived within the estimated delivery window, please contact us at scott@scottlatimer.studio within 30 days of shipment. We will work with Royal Mail to locate your package, or initiate a replacement or refund if it is deemed lost.
8. Damaged or Incorrect Items If your order arrives damaged or contains incorrect items, please notify us within 7 days of delivery with photographs of the issue. We will arrange a replacement or refund as appropriate, subject to stock availability. Please see our Refund Policy for full details.
9. Undeliverable Packages If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, refusal, or failure to claim it, we will contact you to arrange reshipment. Additional shipping fees may apply. Refunds for undeliverable orders will exclude the original shipping costs.
Digital Downloads
Delivery Digital artworks are supplied as professional print-ready PDF files, available to download immediately after purchase and payment confirmation.
Once your order is complete, you will receive a secure download link via email. You can also access your files directly from your account area on the website. Please ensure you download and store your files safely, as access to download links may be time-limited.
Files are supplied in a print-ready format with crop marks and bleed, intended for use with a professional large-format print bureau. No physical item will be shipped.
