1. Use of the Site

Permitted Use: You may use the Site for personal, non-commercial purposes, such as browsing and purchasing products. You may not use the Site for any unlawful or unauthorised purpose, including but not limited to distributing spam, hacking, or infringing on intellectual property rights.
Account Responsibility: If you create an account, you are responsible for keeping your login information secure and for all activities under your account.
2. Products and Orders
Product Descriptions: We strive to ensure all product descriptions are accurate. However, we do not guarantee that descriptions, images, or specifications are error-free.
Pricing: Prices are listed in GBP and are subject to change without notice. We are not responsible for typographical errors in pricing. Applicable taxes and shipping fees will be added at checkout.
Order Acceptance: Your order is an offer to purchase. We reserve the right to accept or decline your order for any reason, including availability or payment issues. You will receive a confirmation email once your order is accepted.
3. Payment
Methods: We accept payments via credit/debit cards, processed through Shopify's secure payment system.
Billing: You agree to provide accurate billing information. Payment must be completed before we ship your order.

4. Shipping and Delivery
Shipping: We ship to the UK only. Shipping costs and estimated delivery times are provided at checkout.
Risk of Loss: Ownership and risk of loss transfer to you upon delivery to the shipping carrier.
Delays: We are not liable for delays caused by carriers, weather, or other factors beyond our control.
5. Returns and Refunds
Policy: We offer returns or exchanges on eligible items within 30 days of delivery. See our Refunds Policy page for full details.
Condition: Returned items must be unused, in original packaging, and in the same condition as received.
Process: Contact us at scott@scottlatimer.studio to initiate a return.
6. Intellectual Property
Ownership: All content on the Site (including text, images, and logos) is owned by Scott Latimer Studio and is protected by copyright and trademark laws.
Limited Use: You may not reproduce, distribute, or modify our content without prior written permission.
7. Limitation of Liability
As-Is Basis: Products and the Site are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, beyond those required by law.
Damages: To the fullest extent permitted by law, Scott Latimer Studio is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site or products. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the product in question.
8. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold Scott Latimer Studio, its affiliates, and employees harmless from any claims, damages, or expenses (including legal fees) arising from your misuse of the Site or violation of these Terms.
9. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Site at our discretion, without notice, if you violate these Terms or engage in harmful activity.
10. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the UK, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of your jurisdiction.
11. Digital Downloads — Usage & Licensing
All digital artworks are sold for personal use only. This allows you to print the artwork for your own home or personal spaces.
Digital files may not be resold, shared, redistributed, sublicensed, or used for commercial purposes, including resale as prints, merchandise, or in digital products.
The artwork remains the intellectual property of Scott Latimer. Purchase of a digital file does not transfer copyright.
12. Print Responsibility
Digital files are supplied as professional print-ready PDFs with crop marks and bleed, formatted for use with a professional large-format print bureau. Final print quality will depend on the bureau, paper stock, and print settings selected.
Colour variation may occur between screen and printed output due to monitor calibration and print profiles. This is normal and not considered a fault with the digital file.
Scott Latimer Studio accepts no responsibility for print quality resulting from files sent to an unsuitable or non-professional print provider.
13. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The updated version will be posted on this page with a new "Last Updated" date. Your continued use of the Site after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
